Tutorial on configuring and setting up Continuum remote access using a QR code during setup

Step 1 - Open a web browser, and navigate to https://control.itsupport247.net

Step 2 - Type your remote access login information, and press the login button. This is different from your organization's login credentials. If you have issues logging in,  send us an email at [email protected]

Step 3 - You will then be greeted by this message. 

Step 4 - Now, head to your cell phone. Open your app store, and search for Google Authenticator. Download, install, and open it. 

Step 5 - Tap the button for Begin Setup

Step 4 - Now, tap on scan barcode

Step 6 - Grant access to the camera, then hold your phone up to the screen and get the full QR code in the green box

Step 7 - If everything worked, you will be greeted with a six digit, rolling code.

Step 8 - Head back to your PC and type that six digit code into the box at the bottom of the message and should be greeted by this screen.
