Step 1 - Open a Web Browser and browse to https://cp.appriver.com and login with your email address and password created in the AppRiver Welcome Email.

Step 2 - Select "Email Threat Protection" and then select "Quarantine". You can then individually or multi select the email(s) you would like to release and then select the release button.
