AppRiver Welcome Email Steps

Step 1 - Open Outlook and open the email from AppRiver that says "Welcome to the Customer Portal"

Step 2 - Scroll down in the email and select "Reset My Password"

Step 3 - Type in a password in both fields and select "Change Password"

Step 4 - In the General Field, type in your First and Last name and Scroll down to hit "Save Changes"
