Step 1 - Open a web browser and navigate to https://control.itsupport247.net - Then, click on "Forgot your password"

Step 2 - Click and check the box to verify you are human without the Coronavirus

Step 3 - Type in your email address you normally log into Continuum with and press submit.

Step 4 - If you get this message, head to your email and open the the password reset email. 

Step 5 - In the email, click the link to reset your password. 

Step 6 - Type your new password in twice, then click submit.

Step 7 - Navigate back to https://control.itsupport247.net and attempt to log in with your email and new password.
