Step 1 - Open a web browser on your PC, and navigate to https://control.itsupport247.net

Step 2 - Retrieve your cell phone, open your Authenticator App, type your six digit code into the box and press submit. 

Step 3 - Once you get here, click the middle icon in the bottom left with a green person icon for "Edit Profile"

Step 4 - Check the box to change the password, then type in your new password twice, then press submit. 

Step 5 - Navigate back to https://control.itsupport247.net and sign in with your email and new password.
