Step 1 - Open a browser (Preferrably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Then, navigate to https://control.itsupport247.net

Step 2 - Type your remote access login information, and press the login button. This is different from your organization's login credentials. If you have issues logging in,  send us an email at help@interlink.cc

Step 3 - You will be greeted with this screen. Retrieve your phone, open your authenticator, and type in the current code.

Step 4 - Now, you should see this. Click the left most of the three icons for your computer.

Step 5 - Type in your username (First part of your email address. Everything before the @ symbol)and password. Then, click the drop down menu, and select the only other option that is NOT "(This Computer)" or "Other..."

Step 6 - Once everything is set, click the login button.

Step 7 - Next, you should see a screen similar to this. Click "Remote Control" in the upper left, then, look for a download in the bottom left (Google Chrome) or top right (Mozilla Firefox) for LogMeIn Client. Click on that and wait for it to load.

Step 8 - You may get this prompt after launching LogMeIn - Check both boxes,m and press the "Allow Access" button

Step 9 - You've got some options here in regards to your screens at the office. Toggling the switch on will "Blank" your screens out so that passerby's can't see anything you're working on. If you want this, toggle the switch on, check the box for don't show again if you always want them blanked, then press continue.

Step 10 - Next, if you need to press Control+Alt+Delete to login, press the 3 triangle button in the top right. Type your password in, then sign in.

Step 11 - You should now be at your desktop.

Optional - There are settings/options in regards to printing, sound, mouse, keyboard and other configurable items in the top "Customize Toolbar" menu.
