Step 1 - Open a web browser, and navigate to https://control.itsupport247.net

Step 2 - Type your remote access login information, and press the login button. This is different from your organization's login credentials. If you have issues logging in,  send us an email at [email protected]

Step 3 - You will then be greeted by this message. 

Step 4 - Now, head to your cell phone. Open your app store, and search for Google Authenticator. Download, install, and open it. 

Step 5 - Tap the button for Begin Setup

Step 6 - Now, tap on Manual Entry  

Step 7 - Head back to your PC and click on the link to use the manual code.

Step 8a - Manually type the code that is shown directly into the app.

Step 9 - Tap the check mark in the top right. You should be dropped to a screen like this. 

Step 10 - Remember that code, head back to your PC and type the code from your phone into the bottom most box and click submit. 

Step 11 - You should be greeted with this window if everything went well.
