Step 1 - Click the start button and scroll down to Microsoft Teams and click it

Step 2 - Click on the Account icon in the upper right corner of the Teams Window and select Settings.

Step 3 - Select Calls and then Configure Voicemail

Step 4 - Select Record a Greeting

Step 5 - Use your desk phone to work through the options to record a new voice greeting.
