Step 1 - Navigate to portal.office.com on a PC if possible or use your cell phone and select Can't access your account
Step 2 - Select Work or School Account
Step 3 - Enter your full email address in the User ID Field. Then, type the random code from the box into the box below it to verify you're a human being
Step 4 - Type in the full number including area code associated with your account and press the Text or call button.
Step 5 - Grab your cell phone and check your text messages for a text with a code and type the code in the box on the website and press next. If you chose to have it call your phone, it will look like the second image.
Step 6 - If everything went well, you will be greeted with 2 boxes to type your new password into. Type your new password twice and press finish.
