Troubleshooting audio issues in Windows

Step 1 - Click the speaker icon in the bottom right, then click the small up carrot in the top right. 

Step 2 - Choose and click on an output device that is listed. Your list will be different than the one you see below. If you're not sure which one to pick, remember which one it currently is on, then go one by one, until you find your goal.
