Step 1 - Verify all power connections. Start with the power cable is plugged into the PC itself. Then follow and check that the power adapter is plugged into a power source (Wall outlet, Surge Protector, Battery Backup) - Then verify all power cables and adapters for the monitors are connected as well and that all monitors are powered on.

Step 2 - Check the status and condition of the battery backup, if you have one. There should be a green light on or near the power button. If the light is Red or there is no light at all, try pressing the power button on the battery backup a few times to restore power.

Step 3 - Verify all data connections. Start at the PC and locate the video cables that connect to the monitors and make sure they are fully plugged in and seated into the PC and then follow the cable to the monitor and verify it is securely connected on that end as well.

Step 4 - If the PC is still not powering on, disconnect any accessories connected with USB. Remove any keyboards and mice, flash drives, etc. Essentially, disconnect everything except the monitors and power and try powering back on.

Step 5 - The last thing to try is to unplug the PC completely from everything, let it sit for at least 10-15 mins and at max 30 mins. Plug everything back in and try one more time.
