Step 1 - Locate and press, all at once, the control, alt, and delete buttons on your keyboard. 

Step 2 - A menu will come up and look like this. Click on Change a Password

Step 3 - Type in your old password as well as your new password twice. Then, press the arrow button to commit the changes.
