Step 1 - Click start, scroll down and look for Skype for Business and click on it.   

Step 2 - Click on the dial pad tab at the top, click on the small cassette tape icon, then click change greetings. 

Step 3 - Use your desk phone to work through the options to record a new voice greeting.
