Step 1  - Click Start, then click Settings

Step 2 - Click Network & Internet

Step 3 - Click VPN on the left, then click on your VPN in the middle, then click on Advanced Options

Step 4 - Click Clear Sign-In Info

Step 5 - Close out of everything we just opened and follow the steps in VPN - Getting Connected on getting connected to the VPN to sign back in.
