Step 1 - Click on the network Button at Bottom, then click on the line item for your VPN with the winding icon, then click connect. 

Step 2 - Fill in login fields with your normal work login. In most cases the username be your EMail address. In some cases it may be in the format of company\username. If you're unsure, start by using your email address and normal password. 

Step 3 - Click OK button to Connect. You should see the result below.
